The results of the CWTS Leiden Ranking 2022 have been announced, Babol Noshirvani University of Technology - BNUT is among the top 6 technical universities in Iran

In the Leiden ranking 2022 (https://www.leidenranking.com/) published by Leiden University of the Netherlands, 1318 universities from around the world have been evaluated based on evaluations of their scientific production in the years 2017 to 2020 from the Web of Science (https://clarivate.com/webofsciencegroup/solutions/web-of-science/) database.
It should be noted that only 44 universities from Iran were included in this ranking, and this year also Babol Noshirvani University of Technology - BNUT was able to be among the top universities in Iran and the world in all indicators and succeeded in winning the 6th place among the country's technical universities.
Leiden is one of the reliable evaluation systems that evaluates the world's top universities every year based on reliable scientometric indicators including 20 indicators in the form of 4 general criteria of scientific authority, scientific diplomacy, open access to publications and gender diversity.
